This Privacy Policy explains how AgentCloud ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use AgentCloud or DropAgent (the "Service"). We take your privacy seriously and are committed to being transparent about how your data is handled.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information you provide
- Account information: Email address, display name, and password when you sign up.
- Payment information: Processed directly by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — only the last 4 digits, card type, and expiry are visible to us for billing purposes.
- Agent content: Messages, instructions, memory, files, and other content you create through the Service.
2.2 Information collected automatically
- Usage data: Token consumption, message counts, agent activity, feature usage.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URLs.
- Log data: Server logs including timestamps, API calls, and error reports.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate, and improve the Service.
- To process payments and manage your subscription.
- To send transactional emails (e.g., welcome, billing receipts, payment failures).
- To respond to support requests.
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- To comply with legal obligations.
- To analyze aggregate usage trends to improve the product.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your content to train AI models.
4. AI Model Providers
The Service routes your messages to third-party AI model providers including Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, DeepSeek, and others via OpenRouter. Your content may be processed by these providers under their own privacy policies and terms of service. We select providers who maintain reasonable data handling standards, but you should review their policies if this matters to your use case.
We do not enable training data opt-in for any provider where this can be controlled.
5. Data Storage & Security
- Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted on AWS infrastructure.
- Agent runtime containers are hosted on Fly.io, isolated per user.
- Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.
- We implement access controls, rate limiting, and regular security reviews.
- No security system is perfect — if you discover a vulnerability, please report it to support@agentcloudai.app.
6. Data Retention
- Active accounts: Data retained as long as your account exists.
- Canceled/terminated accounts: Data retained for 90 days, then permanently deleted.
- You may request earlier deletion by emailing support@agentcloudai.app.
- Payment records may be retained longer as required by financial regulations.
7. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:
- Stripe — Payment processing
- Supabase — Database and authentication
- Fly.io — Agent runtime hosting
- Vercel — Web application hosting
- Resend — Transactional email delivery
- OpenRouter — AI model routing
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser, but this may prevent certain features from functioning.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data.
- Export your data in a portable format.
- Opt out of certain processing activities.

10. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes via email or dashboard notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
